Gatlyn McDonald

 Gatlyn is a New Braunfels native who began playing golf at age six.  He led the New Braunfels Middle School team and lettered all four years at New Braunfels High School.  Several victories in high school resulted in a golf scholarship to The University of the Incarnate Word, where he was coached by Brent and Jeff Powell.  He has twelve years of experience under instuctor Bryan Gathright and 15 years of competitive golf experience.  He works with golfers of all skill levels and enjoys helping others progress in the game of golf.  


 

 

 

 

 

 

Marla McDonald


Marla is a Boerne native, played Division I golf for Texas Tech, and is an LPGA Teaching and Club Professional.  With 10 years of instruction under Joe Caruso, she won multiple high school golf tournaments and was “Freshman of the Year” in college.  She is passionate about golf and can teach players of all ages and skill levels. After her success at Texas Tech, she began her career as an instructor at the Joe Caruso Golf Academy teaching junior camps, beginner and advanced clinics, and private lessons.
